QUALIFICATIONS

• ·Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
•  Minimum 5years of experience in developing BI solutions preferably from a bank or financial institution.
•  · Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack: PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
•  · Experience using DAX, PowerQuery, and SQL
•  · Experience in Data Modeling and Data Model normalization
•  · Knowledge in data integration, warehousing, ETL, cloud data platforms
•  · Strong data storytelling and visualization skills. 
• · Strong communication skills

 Job Mandate

• The role will be responsible in analyzing, organizing, and combining raw data from different sources, in building data models and visualizations on data requirements
•  from the business. You will also be responsible for developing standards/strategies and ensuring project designs and implementations align with data architecture
•  and data governance standards.
•  Duties and Responsibilities
• · Partners with business users, data engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions include dashboard
•  and interactive reporting tools.
•  · Develop, test, and maintain BI dashboards using approved BI tools.
•  · Utilize UI/UX best practices to craft visualizations and present clear information about business results.
•  · Responsible on training business users, junior members, and organization on the use of visualization tools
•  · Provide and maintain user access, report connections, and troubleshooting required for dashboards.
• · Create technical documents such as solution design, program specifications, and other required documentation in the SDLC process.
•  · Staying up to date with industry developments and trends and recommending and implementing new technologies and approaches to improve data
•  engineering processes.
•  · Ensures compliance with governance standards of the platform, security policies, and SDLC processes.
•  · Perform Proof of Concept on new BI Tools and analytic solutions.
•  · Contribute to best practices and standards for the data analytics and reporting team
•  · Execute updates, patches, and other activities required to maintain and enhance the operations of the environment as needed.
•  · Manage and ensure quality delivery of 3rd-party vendors where applicable.
