SYSTEM ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in driving business requirements (experience in financial services organizations is a plus).
• Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment
• Understand the high-level processes and products in financial services.
• Able to clearly articulate business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
• Able to translate requirements to testable requirements and write test cases and test outcome for each requirement.
• Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• MUST HAVE: Financial transaction background. Understanding of the end-to-end flow of a financial transaction. Banking background preferred.
• Should be able to speak proper English, as we operate in a multi-cultural team.
