Has work experience in a banking or similar FSI environment
Demonstrated experience in collaborating among cross-functional teams across the organization
Demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing soft skills (effective communication, problem solving and decision making, negotiation, financial analysis)
Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of retail and consumer banking processes.
Knowledge of regulatory environment, processes and circulars.
Knowledge of general Core Banking Systems (CASA, Switch) and other bank applications.
Knowledge of Debit/Credit Card transactions, ISO8583 Message Format, and ATM Message formats.
Knowledge of Mastercard / Visa / Bancnet EMV Card and host messaging specifications.
3 or more years working experience with .Net, Java or SQL and databases.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a production environment.
Experience with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Experience with Host Security Modules / Card security is a plus.
