PROGRAM MANAGER

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager handling multiple, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI, PRINCE2).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Must be able to lead and oversee programs (multiple projects).
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certification is a plus.
