SYSTEM ANALYST/BUSINESS ANALYST

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC), business process modeling, and requirements management.
• Familiarity with databases, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with requirement-gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Someone who has dashboarding (Power BI) experience.
• BA/SA who can create dashboard presentations
