PROJECT MANAGER / IT BUSINESS ANALYST

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMI, PRINCE2).
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency with project management and BA tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Trello, Asana).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Ultimately, someone who has experience working on and maintaining IT contracts.
• PMs with background in integration platforms.
• BA who understands risk reporting.
