TECHNICAL LEAD

- Define the technical architecture for MDM systems, including data models, workflows, and integration frameworks.

- Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes to support data flow and synchronization.

- Oversees initiatives for improving data management processes.

- Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to ensure MDM solutions meet compliance requirements.

- Monitor and optimize MDM system performance, including scalability, throughput, and response times.

- Support data governance model that will establish and document data creation, update guidelines and decision rights

- Evaluate and recommend MDM tools, technologies, and enhancements to meet organizational needs.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM system architecture, configurations, and processes.

Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Business Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and governance concepts to senior leadership.

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere) and associated technologies.

Analytical Skills: Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to be able to handle complex situations as necessary  

Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for working in cross-functional teams.
