ETL DEVELOPER

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in data roles, with a strong background in ETL development, System Analysis, and comprehensive data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in data preparation, data profiling, complex data analysis, and data reporting, along with technical troubleshooting of ETL jobs.
• Competent-level proficiency in T-SQL, including complex query writing, performance tuning, and stored procedure development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., advanced SQL, Python with Pandas, Excel for large datasets).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Excel for advanced reporting).
• Solid understanding of database concepts, data warehousing principles, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google Cloud Dataflow) is a significant plus.
• Exposure to data migration projects and understanding of migration strategies is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python for scripting, C# for SSIS scripting) is a plus.
