The Change Management Lead serves as a key driver of organizational change—including changes in culture, business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structure. This role develops and implements strategies that support successful project delivery, increase employee adoption, and reduce resistance, while upholding the values of Metrobank.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and project lifecycles.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCP).
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Exposure to digital transformation projects (CRM, ERP, or core banking systems).
